We cater for small & medium dogs up to 25kg and offer luxury dog boarding & daycare
A full days rate is charged on arrival and departure days, this covers your dog not losing their suite if there is any delays on your trip. Our guests are fully insured during their stay at Reservoir Doggy Resort & Spa and the pricing includes exercise, bedding and plenty of time and love. We ask you to bring your own food as a change in diet can upset their digestive system. All prices include VAT.
Day Care is from 7am to 6pm. You can drop off and pick up anytime between these hours. All dogs get a private suite and rest between each activity. Owners will receive updates throughout the day.
Self swim 30 minutes-You are required to swim with your own dog, fit him/her a life jacket if required and shower them down after their swim. A member of staff will explain the procedure of our fun swim but wont go in the pool. A 30 minute session is in and out. A 15 minute swim is equivalent to an 8 mile walk which is enough to prevent exertion. Please use the time wisely as this includes showering and changing.
Departure groom includes shampoo, condition, blow dry and groom

You’ll receive one stamp per swim session, every 9 stamps collected you’ll get your tenth swim free.
