Your dog must arrive in a clean and groomed condition, in good health and up to date with vaccinations, de-flea and worm treatments. Their vaccination card must be seen and updated prior to boarding.

Cancellation Policy: One months notice must be given for any dog boarding assignment. This way we have time to accept another booking to fill the space and refund your deposit or roll the deposit onto another booking. Anything less will require full payment to Reservoir Doggy Resort & Spa. Full payment must still be paid regardless of any early return home by the client.
Payment: Invoices will be sent one month before the agreed assignment and must be paid in full within 3 days to Reservoir Doggy Resort & Spa. This can be done by bank transfer or cash can be dropped off one month before booking.
Referral Scheme: If you refer a friend you both get 10% off your next booking, just be sure to let us know when you do refer. Only one referral per assignment.
Unspayed/In season dogs: If your dog is unspayed were happy to care for them but please inform us when booking as we do our best to avoid housing next to entire dogs. If your dog is in season we need to be informed.
