We cater for small & medium dogs up to 25kg and offer luxury dog boarding & daycare
Your dog must arrive in a clean and groomed condition, in good health and up to date with vaccinations, de-flea and worm treatments. Their vaccination card must be seen and updated prior to boarding. We must see it on arrival to take a copy. This must be the original document so we can take a clear scan of it to keep in your dogs file.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations include their annual booster and kennel cough. Your dog cannot come to us within 14 days of receiving the vaccine as it’s a live vaccine. We cannot accept your dog if he/she has had no kennel cough, is not up to date or within the 14 day period. It is your duty to make sure your dog is up to date with all vaccinations as we will not be held responsible. If unsure please ask a member of staff. No refunds will be given.
Before boarding all paperwork must be completed and returned:
Medication forms and swim consent forms are given on request only
Holiday swim forms and medication forms are your responsibility to complete. On arrival we must be made aware if you are wanting a swim session and if your dogs are in need of medication. We can only give a swim session to dogs that have three completed forms (including the one signed by their vet). If we aren’t made aware then your dogs swim session will not be scheduled.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non refundable. One months notice must be given for any dog boarding assignment. This way we have time to accept another booking to fill the space. Anything less will require full payment to Reservoir Doggy Resort & Spa. Full payment must still be paid regardless of any early return home by the client.
Payment: Invoices will be sent one month before the agreed assignment and must be paid in full within 3 days to Reservoir Doggy Resort & Spa. This can be done by bank transfer or cash can be dropped off one month before booking.
Unspayed/In season dogs: If your dog is unspayed were happy to care for them but please inform us when booking as we do our best to avoid housing next to entire dogs. If your dog is in season we need to be informed.
